1. Check the box of the item you wish to return
2. Select the quantity you wish to return
3. Select a reason why you are returning from the options in the drop down menu
4. In your original shipment, we have provided a Canada Post shipping label to attach to your return.
5. Please affix this shipping label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. This label will allow you to return your icebreaker at no charge. If you do not have a shipping label or have a damaged one that needs replacement please give us a call and we will email you one.
6. Please label the exterior of the container with your RMA# in bold lettering.
7. Drop-off the package to a Canada Post location (go to www.canadapost.ca for more details)
